The Union Gap Fire Department is a combination volunteer- career department providing service to the City of Union Gap and Yakima County Fire protection District 11 (Broadway). The Department has 20 Volunteers members, Career Fire Chief, 1/2 time Administrative Assistant, 3 Career Captains and 5 Career Firefighters working out of 2 fire stations with 2 engines, 1 pumper/ tender, 1 brush truck, 1 rescue, and 3 command units. |

.JPG) Station 85, located at 107 W. Ahtanum Rd is the headquarters station for Union Gap Fire Department. The building houses the administration offices, sleeping quarters, operations offices, and apparatus bays for the primary response vehicles (E-85, R-85, T-85, B-85).
 Station 86, located at 68 W Washington Ave. is the headquarters for Yakima County Fire District 11 (Broadway) and serves as our second station. The building contains our training room, SCBA repair and filling site, garage for our Engine (E-86), and the Associations "48" Ford fire engine. YCFD 11 Commissioners also hold their monthly meetings here. The Classroom is used for drills, YVCC classes, regional training and community meetings.
