UNION GAP PARKS
..
There are beautiful parks in Union Gap that our citizens and the citizens of other communities may enjoy. Parks such as Fullbright, Cahalan, Loudon and Ahtanum Youth Park are great places to hold family gatherings and other special events.
Beginning July 1, 2006 a $2.00 daily parking fee went into effect at the Ahtanum Youth Park. The revenue generated goes toward the upkeep and operation of the park. Annual parking permits are also available for those who feel it would be more beneficial, based on their frequent use of the park.
.
Free annual parking passes are available at City Hall for Union Gap residents. There will only be one issued per household, and only one per year. Bring your Driver's License when you come.
.
|
|
Please call City Hall to find out which park would best accommodate your needs. If you would like to reserve an area of Ahtanum Youth Park or Fullbright Park, call Rhonda or Leanne at (509) 248-0434.
